For Oklahoma residents only:
CapTel® phones may be provided at no cost to qualified applicants living in Oklahoma. CapTel® service is a free service provided in Oklahoma by the Relay Oklahoma Telecommunications Relay Service, which is provided by Sprint Relay in cooperation with the Oklahoma Telephone association. Local calls are free, but long distance charges are not free and will be billed to the calling party. Call Customer Service to select your long-distance provider before making any long distance calls 1-888-269-7477.

For Federal Government only:
Are you an active Federal employee? If so, your Federal CapTel® phone is accessible domestically from work, home or while traveling in the fifty states. No domestic toll (long distance) charges for calls made anywhere in the United States.
CapTel phones for active Federal employees are available for the agency to purchase on the GSA schedule at www.captel.com/federal.php.
Note: Spouse, siblings or children of deceased federal active employees do not qualify to purchase a Federal CapTel phone on their behalf.
